I’m a proud Vermonter with a love for the outdoors and a spirit for adventure. With over 16 years in corporate data analytics and finance, I bring a unique blend of insight and action to help organizations make smarter decisions. Throughout my career, I’ve led and grown teams across multiple industries, using financial and data-driven strategies to deliver meaningful impact — improving predictive accuracy, strengthening performance, and driving better business outcomes across diverse lines of business.

Raised with a respect for Vermont’s landscape and its tight-knit communities, he pairs his lifelong love of the outdoors with a commitment to preserving and sharing the authentic Vermont experience through thoughtful, experience-driven investment.

Patrick’s professional path spans hospitality, property management, customer success, solutions architecture and corporate workforce management—each shaping his people-first approach and his belief that meaningful experiences are built on connection, quality, and care. Before entering the corporate world, he spent his early years in the ski industry as an instructor, where he honed his love for adventure, teaching, and the mountains that define Vermont’s spirit. That foundation continues to influence his leadership style today: approachable, hands-on, and deeply grounded in community.

Whether managing enterprise-scale initiatives or exploring new property ventures, Patrick brings a balance of strategic insight and authentic local passion. Outside of work, you’ll find him hiking, skiing, or discovering Vermont’s hidden corners—always inspired by the state’s landscape and the people who make it home. His vision centers on creating sustainable opportunities for Vermonters while inviting travelers to experience the state’s luxury adventure lifestyle in a way that remains true to its roots.

With a background spanning non-profit leadership, construction project management, and customer service, Brianna brings a people-first approach to every venture. Her expertise in estimating, subcontractor coordination, and relationship management allows her to balance design vision with project realities—ensuring every detail is both beautiful and buildable.

Drawing on a deep understanding of interior design, construction materials, and finish products, she helps shape spaces that reflect Vermont’s authenticity and craftsmanship. Brianna’s eye for detail and commitment to meaningful experiences guide her work, whether sourcing the perfect material palette or managing the collaboration that brings a project to life.
